Prior to becoming a REALTOR®, Dianne enjoyed a successful career selling high- end software for companies like Bank of America, ASK Computer, and Apple. Throughout her high tech career, Dianne was primarily responsible for sales to the Fortune 500 companies and also designed marketing campaigns aimed toward these companies. Her successes as a Sales and Marketing executive managing a nationwide sales team honed her negotiating, management, and organizational skills, preparing her for her very successful career at Coldwell Banker.
In tandem to serving the high tech market, Dianne bought, sold, and managed her own investment properties. These 15+ years of real estate investing have helped her to understand and achieve her residential real estate clients’ goals.
In her first year at Coldwell Banker she received the"Rising Star Award"for top sales achievement. Just last year Dianne was ranked in the top 8% of all Coldwell Banker Agents nationwide! She attributes her success to being thorough and focusing on the needs of her clients.
